1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the superj3 platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, IP address, device, household, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. superj3 employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate registrations.

When registering your account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Malaysian IC number or passport number (where required for verification), contact number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date at all times.

superj3 may, at its sole discretion, request supporting documentation to verify your identity, address, or payment method at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits are generally credited instantly. Any delay beyond 15 minutes should be reported to our support team with your transaction reference number.

superj3 is not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider in connection with deposits or withdrawals. Such charges are entirely your responsibility.

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms by reference.

General bonus conditions applicable across all superj3 promotions include:

• Bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement (rollover) before any withdrawal can be made. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible account, household, IP address, or device unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the superj3 platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game or betting market.
• Use of automated tools: Employing bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Arbitrage betting: Systematically exploiting price differences between markets to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, in a manner that constitutes abuse of the platform.

• Fraudulent chargebacks: Initiating illegitimate chargebacks or payment disputes after wagers have been placed.

superj3 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, and to retain or void balances, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, violation of any prohibited activity policy, or as required by regulatory directive.
